Hourly billing rewards us for being slow. Flat fees mean we make money by being fast and right. The risk shifts to us — where it belongs.
What about inference + infra costs?+
We pass those through at cost with a written estimate up front. Typically $200–$2,000/mo depending on volume. We don’t mark up tokens.
Do you offer equity-for-services deals?+
No. Not because it’s a bad idea — because it gets in the way of saying no to projects that aren’t a fit. Cash keeps us honest.
What’s the money-back guarantee exactly?+
On the Pilot tier only: if 90 days post-launch the workflow hasn’t saved more hours than it cost, we refund the difference. We’ve refunded twice in 27 engagements.
