We work on a fixed-shape engagement so you can plan around it. Every phase has a deliverable, a timebox, and an exit ramp. You can stop after any phase and walk away with something running.

PHASE 01 · WEEK 1 · FREE

Saddle up

A 90-minute working session, then a written assessment three days later. You leave with a ranked list of automation candidates, scored on ROI, effort, and risk. Walk away here and the assessment is yours to keep.

First ride

We build the top-scored automation end-to-end, in your stack, on real data. Demo at end of week two, live in production by end of week three. We ship the riskiest part first.
